Red Cloud Ranch, specializing in raising Navajo- Churro Sheep in the High Desert of Hunt, Arizona. Located about half way between Concho and Snowflake, Arizona. Our sheep are raised on grass with no additives and the wool is consisdered  "all naural"

                                    Description
                         An Endangered Breed
Churro's are coarse, long wooled sheep for use as wool, meat and dairy animals. They come in all colors from white through every shade of the natural tones. They can be horned or polled with a little wool on the poll and none on the cheeks, round or below the eyes or on the nose. The belly should have little or no wool. and no wool on legs. The fleece is high yielding with low grease content. Churro sheep are listed on the Slow Food Ark of taste.

Sheep and wool prices vary and  are dependent on availability.
